Newsletter from the Director Nov-2023 / Carta de la Directora Nov-2024

Dear AIS Community,

As we start the last two months of the first semester, we want to highlight the good job of the AIS Team that participated in the CRI-MUN (Model United Nations Conference in Costa Rica) in October. Good job, falcons!

The implementation of the Soccer School in Roble Alto started a couple of weeks ago. We thank NHS and Generation Amazing’s students and staff members, who are conducting this project that provides support and resources to children and adolescents at social risk. If you want to cooperate with them, please contact dvincenti@ais.ed.cr.

We have not received confirmation from the Ministry of Education in regards to their National Standardized Tests (Diagnostic Version) which are intended for grades 6 and 12. Our calendars continue to show the preliminary dates that were scheduled earlier in 2023.

We’ll be in touch with our 6th and 12th grade families as soon as the official dates for the tests are decided.

Finally, we remind you to share success stories of our students and alumni, so that we can congratulate them on social media. Send your photos and details of the events to marketing@ais.ed.cr
