Dear AIS Community,
With great joy we celebrated in September the 200 Years of Independence of Costa Rica, we thank those who participated in the organization of the assembly and the decoration of the school, photos and videos of this event are available on AIS’ social media.
Effective today, a change to the school uniform will be implemented: the official school polo shirt (burgundy shirt with blue collar) can be used with khaki or navy-blue pants, shorts or skirt. This addition of the navy-blue pants seeks to provide flexibility for families and students. It is important to mention that both colors of pants follow the same rules: they must be clean, without any tears or holes, denim (jeans) not allowed, etc.
Last night the Preschool families were presented with the Suzuki Program that will be implemented during the second quarter of this school year. If any family in these grades (PS-PK-K) is interested and could not connect to the session, or if some students in Elementary already follow this violin program, they can contact Ms. Marjorie Villegas for more details about this project.
