We look forward to starting the 2022-2023 School Year with great enthusiasm for the plans we have, including resuming programs that were suspended due to the pandemic, for example: Space Camp.
We welcome new families, new students and students returning to AIS from other local and international schools.
We also welcome the students of the new Early Childhood Class called Toddlers, which provides services to the youngest members of our community (starting at 2 years old). For more information about this class, please contact Ms. Veronica (aiscr@ais.ed.cr).
Congratulations to Mr. Julio Bustos and his team of students of Model United Nations, who have been invited to the MUN session to be held at Harvard University in 2023. This is an annual event that receives requests from thousands of schools around the world, and the invited delegations are chosen according to their own merits. Go Falcons!
Our entire staff, as well as our external vendors, are being trained in different topics during the week of July 26 to 31. One of the sessions for Emergency Response requires all staff and the security officer to attend on Thursday, July 28th, from 9am to 12 noon, our school will be closed during that time frame. We ask that you coordinate any visit / phone call to the school at a time other than this, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this situation may cause you.
If you have not yet completed the enrollment process, purchase of uniforms and school supplies, our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., except for Thursday, July 28th, when our doors will be closed from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
