Also, this week: students from PK to 6th grade enjoyed the Children’s Day Celebration, with a Maromero show and other fun activities unique to each grade. Congratulations!
As we presented to you at the PS Open House on September 1, we have designed a special program for Preschool (PS) students with reduced hours from 8am to 12pm, with the intention of being able to remotely stimulate the youngest of the house and facilitate their entering PK next school year. If you would like more information regarding this program, please contact Ms. Silvia Moreno or Ms. Marjorie Villegas via email or Seduca.
We share with you some important reminders for the next few weeks:
Monday, September 14 is a Holiday for the celebration of Independence Day in Costa Rica, therefore, we will not have classes and our administrative offices will also be closed. Tuesday September 15 is a normal school day. The Revised Calendar which was distributed via Seduca and email July 22, 2020 is also attached to this message.
Thursday, September 17 at 6:30 pm the General Assembly of Associates will be held at the school facilities, in this session new members of the Board of Directors will be elected. With the intention of following the corresponding protocols for this event, we ask you to pre-register your attendance to the email of the Board of Directors email@example.com . In addition, each associate must wear a mask and follow the instructions to enter the premises(the temperature will be taken, the use of alcohol gel will be requested, each seat will be located maintaining a distance of 1.8mts, etc.)
Monday September 21 at 8am we will have the Assembly to commemorate the Independence of Costa Rica and other Central American countries. The whole family is invited to participate. We also urge you to wear the national colors on this day. The Zoom ID to join the celebration is: 963 6923 4417
Monday, September 28 at 8am the monthly sessions of the Academic Committee resume, we encourage all parents who wish to join this Committee to contact Ms. Marjorie Villegas to obtain access to the session. We also invite you to be part of other support committees such as the Marketing Committee and the Parent – Teacher Organization (PTO), contact your homeroom teacher so that he / she can transfer your information to the coordinator of each committee.
